Message from Dynelle

I would welcome the opportunity to come alongside you through your personal journey and to be a part of the important changes you may choose to make during these challenging times. I believe that addressing the "whole person" is crucial in order to have a successful therapeutic outcome. The assessment of how an individual functions in their roles at work, in love relationships, in community (family and friends), self care, and spirituality allows for a holistic and collaborative therapeutic approach.

If you are struggling with a sense of feeling stuck and want to change some unproductive patterns in your life and your relationships, we will work well together.  At our first session, we will talk about what is happening in your life, determine your strengths, what is working, what is not working, and how healthy changes can add great value to your life and your interpersonal relationships. Looking forward to talking to you soon!

Sincerely.

Dynelle Helgeson, RN, MA, LMFT

Dynelle has complete Beginning and advanced training in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy). ART is an evidence–based novel psychotherapy that fosters rapid recovery by reprogramming how the brain stores traumatic memories and imagery. ART has roots in and includes elements of existing evidenced-based modalities. The treatment program incorporates memory visualization techniques that are enhanced by the use of horizontal eye movements, as well as memory reconsolidation, a way in which new information is incorporated into existing memories.

Post Induction Therapy (PIT)

Dynelle is fully trained in Post Induction Therapy (PIT), which was developed by Pia Mellody. The model focuses on healing and strengthening the five cores issues: self-esteem, boundaries, human reality, dependency/wants and needs, and moderation/containment issues. Through healing past relationship trauma, individuals can successfully move forward personally, professionally and relationally,
